Minimizing carbon footprint through product packaging solutions
In CO2 Packaging carbon footprint is an indicator to measure the pollution caused by the manufacturing process, transport and useful as well as residual lives of product packaging. It is an essential tool to calculate and reduce the environmental impact of the packaging used by businesses. As per a study conducted by CIEL (Centre for International Environmental Law), in order to manufacture a 1 kg of plastic 3.5 kg of CO2 is emitted in the atmosphere.
