NAAC Audit Report

NAAC Audit Report

The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) was established in 1994 as an autonomous institution of the University Grants Commission (UGC) with its HeadQuarter in Bangalore. The mandate of NAAC as reflected in its vision statement is in making quality assurance an integral part of the functioning of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

The procedure to conduct the Sustainability Audit is –

  1. Preliminary feasibility
  2. Score establishment and discussion
  3. On-site walk through audits
  4. Documentation
  5. Review of reports
  6. Final submission

These various stages play an important factor in achieving the final NAAC Score. The work would commence from the feasibility study where the score of the project is decided and thus subsequently suggestions are given to upgrade the score level.
