Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience in Environment related Project Formulation, Execution, Documentation and Report writing.
- Familiar with Assessment Methodologies of Environment relating Projects and knowledge of Auto CAD a plus.
- Capability to undertake Cost-Benefit analysis of ongoing environment related project and suggest solutions.
- Capable of performing multiple tasks related to execution of Environmental Projects.
- Cultivate strong relationships with team members and the Client in order to successfully deliver quality within the designated time frame.
- Manage client follow-up, questions, and concerns.
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Commerce, or Engineering Required. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform field work and a wide range of physical activities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Highly organized multitasker and detail oriented.

Requirements
- You are passionate towards the domain of sustainability in the built environment
- You are keen to continuously imbibe trending and futuristic sustainability related concepts also extending them to areas of work
- You have a degree in Architecture / Engineering
- Accreditations like LEED AP , WELL AP , IGBC AP etc. in good standing shall be preferred • Proficiency in the use of analysis software
- You have excellent communication skills and ability to build trust and collaborative relationships ( both internally and externally )
- You have high regard and ability towards finding sustainability related design / construction solutions
- You are familiar with Green rating frameworks at a minimum Core and Shell, New Construction and Commercial Interiors
